The LAPD will conduct a sobriety checkpoint on Saturday, February 27, 2010, from 8pm-3am on Topanga Canyon Blvd. between California and Marylee Street in Woodland Hills.
Officials say that during this year, residents in that area dealt up with 19 DUI-related and 99 hit and run collisions.
Drivers approaching a checkpoint will be diverted into one lane, where each will be stropped briefly.
